Patrick Thomson
Founder/President
Patrick leads Compositech’s technical and capability-development work. His background spans aerospace maintenance instruction, composite aerostructure repair, technician development and maintenance-capability planning.
He applies that experience to help aviation maintenance leaders evaluate and develop internal composite repair capability while preserving the client’s operational, quality and regulatory authority.
How Compositech Works
Compositech separates capability-development support from the client’s maintenance, quality and regulatory authority. Client information is handled through controlled engagement, and proprietary implementation material is released only at the appropriate stage of the relationship.
Andrea Thomson
Founder/CEO
Andrea leads Compositech’s commercial direction, organizational discipline and client engagement. Her background includes more than 30 years of business administration, client service and documentation-focused work.
Her role is to ensure Compositech develops as a professionally governed, commercially disciplined capability company with the systems and client confidence required to support aerospace organizations.
