Founder/President
Patrick Thomson is the President of Compositech Aerospace and leads the company’s technical capability-development work.
Patrick’s background includes aerospace maintenance instruction, advanced composite repair knowledge, aerostructure repair principles, technician development, documentation structure, and maintenance capability planning.
At Compositech, Patrick supports capability architecture, training-to-competency pathway design, tooling readiness, repair-process discipline, documentation structure, and phased implementation planning. His focus is helping aviation maintenance organizations build stronger internal composite repair capability while protecting their operational control, quality authority, and regulatory accountability.
Andrea Thomson
Founder/CEO
Andrea Thomson is the Chief Executive Officer of Compositech Aerospace.
Andrea brings more than 30 years of business, administration, client service, documentation, and organizational support experience to the company. Her role is to lead Compositech’s business direction, internal systems, client coordination, and commercial discipline.
As CEO, Andrea helps ensure that Compositech develops as a professional aerospace capability-development company — not only as a technical training provider. Her leadership supports the structure, communication, documentation discipline, and client confidence required to serve aviation maintenance organizations.
